Inbound testing
Before extrusion: every batch is tested for pathogens (Salmonella, E. coli), mycotoxins and heavy metals. Rejected if non-compliant, no negotiation.
Extrusion
Cooked at 130°C in our Boucherville extruders. Thermal kill of pathogens, heat-sensitive nutrients preserved through controlled formulation.
Post-production testing
Full nutritional analysis on every batch: protein, fat, moisture, vitamins, minerals, taurine. Lot only sealed after lab sign-off.
Custom packing
11.3 kg bags, hand-labelled in Lanaudière with your dog's name and portion. Personalized card. Yuna scoop included.
