Refund and adjustment policy
The principle: we craft until perfect
Yuna does not work through refunds. Our commitment: if the recipe doesn't suit your dog (digestion, palatability, energy, coat, stools), we recraft it · protein, ratio, portion, format, added omega-3 or probiotics · for your next box. At no cost. Unlimited iterations, until the bowl fully suits them.
How to flag an adjustment
On day 1 of every delivery, you receive an email with a feedback link (30 seconds). You can also email allo@yuna.pet. The team reads every reply. You receive the new formula by the next box at the latest.
Damaged or non-conforming bag
If you receive a bag damaged in transit or that doesn't match your order, send us a photo within 7 days at allo@yuna.pet. We ship a free replacement within 24h. No return required.
Subscription cancellation
Beyond the 2-box minimum commitment (−50% discovery offer), you can cancel in 1 click from your customer account. No fees, no survey. Bags already shipped are neither returned nor monetarily refunded · only recipe adjustment (above) is the resolution path.
Québec legal compliance
Per Québec's Consumer Protection Act, in the case of a defective product or one that doesn't match the published description, the customer may request a replacement in writing (allo@yuna.pet). This protection does not cover simple dietary preference of the dog · which is covered by our adjustment commitment described above.
