Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These terms govern all relations between Boréal Tech Solutions, Inc. (Yuna) and any adult subscribing to a dog kibble subscription on yuna.pet.
2. Subscription
The subscriber discovery offer requires a 2-box minimum commitment (~2 months) at −50%. Beyond that, the subscription is no-commitment and auto-renews at the chosen frequency (3 to 6 weeks) until the customer cancels.
3. Pricing and payment
Price is calculated based on the dog's nutritional needs and clearly shown before checkout. Payment is taken 5 days before each shipment. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac.
4. Shipping
Delivery times shown are indicative. Yuna is not liable for carrier-attributable delays. In case of non-delivery after 14 business days, the customer may request a free re-shipment.
5. The Yuna promise · recipe adjustment
Yuna does not operate via monetary guarantee or refund. If the recipe doesn't suit the dog (digestion, palatability, energy, coat), the customer reports it through the feedback form sent with every delivery. Yuna then recrafts the recipe for the following box, at no cost. This adjustment is iterative, with no cap on repetitions, until the recipe fully suits the dog. No monetary refund is offered; only formula adjustment constitutes the resolution.
6. Termination
After the 2-box minimum of the discovery offer, the subscription can be cancelled anytime from the customer account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents any future charge.
7. Liability
Yuna recipes meet AAFCO All Life Stages nutritional profiles. They do not replace veterinary care for a dog with a specific pathology.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Québec, Canada.
