A negative review will get a public reply, with what we're actually changing · often a recipe recrafted at no cost for the next box.

Until we have enough real reviews for an average to mean something, we won't display a rating or a counter. Anywhere.
The method
How we will collect reviews.

Email after delivery
A few weeks after your first box, you get an email inviting you to leave a review. Enough time for your dog to actually try the recipe.

Badge tied to a real order
The "verified purchase" badge will be backed by an actual Shopify order. No order number behind it = no badge.

No filtering
Reviews will be shown newest first, positives and negatives mixed together. This page will be their home, as is.
In the meantime, everything we claim about the product is verifiable: 3 recipes (chicken 26/16, beef 26/16, salmon 28/16), anti-DCM protocol, AAFCO All Life Stages, made in Québec at our manufacturing partner in Boucherville.
