Is it really made in Québec?
Yes. Your dog's recipe is produced in our Boucherville facility in Québec. Packing and the bag-naming labels are done at our Lanaudière site. From grain to your doorstep, everything stays in Québec.
Why kibble instead of raw?
Both approaches have merit. Yuna chose kibble because it's shelf-stable, easy to dose to the gram, and we can formulate it with nutritional precision no artisanal method matches.
Is it grain-free?
Yes, all our recipes are grain-free. Sweet potato replaces cereals · low glycemic index, gentle digestion, tolerated by 99% of dogs.
Is it AAFCO-compliant?
Yes. All our recipes are formulated to meet AAFCO All Life Stages nutritional profiles.

How do you calculate the exact portion?
We use resting energy requirements (RER × activity factor), the recipe's caloric density (~3,650 kcal/kg) and your dog's full profile: weight, age, breed, neuter status, body condition. Validated by our vet advisor.
How long does the quiz take?
About 2 minutes. You can revisit and update answers from your account.
What if my dog's weight changes?
Update their profile and the portion automatically adjusts on the next delivery.
My dog has an allergy. Can you adapt?
Yes. The quiz includes a step on sensitivities. Based on the profile, we compose a recipe that avoids the proteins to skip.

When can I cancel?
The subscriber −50% intro offer requires a 2-box minimum commitment (~2 months) · this is the trade-off for the discount. After that, cancel in 1 click. Veal liver and scoop FREE on your very first box.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Québec and Ontario, free. The rest of Canada is rolling out.
How long until my first order arrives?
2 to 4 business days in Québec/Ontario after confirmation.
Can I pause?
Yes, up to 3 consecutive months.

You share feedback after each box (digestion, energy, coat, palatability). We adapt the recipe · protein, ratio, portion, format · for the next one. At no cost. We keep going until it fits them perfectly. That's the Yuna promise.
Health & nutrition
What's your anti-DCM strategy?
We cap legumes at 17-18% in every recipe, use sweet potato as the main starch, and systematically supplement taurine, DL-methionine and L-carnitine.
My dog is a senior. Do you adapt?
Yes. For 7+ years, we adjust caloric density, boost joint support (glucosamine, chondroitin), and watch phosphorus carefully (kidney health).
And for a puppy?
All our recipes are AAFCO All Life Stages. The portion is calculated based on their growth curve.
My dog is neutered. Does that change things?
Post-neuter metabolism can drop 25-30%. The quiz factors this in and adjusts the portion.
