The exact schedule
- Day 1-3: 75% old food + 25% Yuna. Slightly softer stools, normal.
- Day 4-7: 50/50. The pivotal step.
- Day 8-11: 25% old + 75% Yuna. Energy may climb.
- Day 12-14: 100% Yuna. Transition complete.
Always mix both in the same bowl. Not two separate bowls.
